On Sunday 7th July we held our Annual Emmett McConville Tournament and the inaugural Tom McDonnell Tournament.
Congratulations to Kilcullen on lifting the Tom McDonnell Trophy and Moorefield on their success in the Emmett McConville Tournament.

Emmet Mc Conville Tournament 2018

Take a look at some of the action from yesterday’s U12 Emmett McConville Memorial Tournament.
8 teams took part in a minimum of 3 games each with Naas and Mountmellick claiming the honours in Group 1 and 2 respectively.

Congratulations to Kilcullen on winning the Emmet McConville Memorial Cup today defeating our own Moorefield Under-12 team in the final. Also to Portarlington on winning the Shield final. On Saturday we hosted our 2nd Emmet McConville Perpetual Tournament, the day was a great success and once again a fitting tribute to a great Moorefield man.
Congratulations to Castledermot who won the Shield Final beating St. Anne’s in the final.

Emmet McConville Perpetual Tournament 2015

On Saturday 20th June we hosted our first Emmet McConville Perpetual Tournament, the day was a great success and a fitting tribute to a great Moorefield gentleman.
The club would like to thank Cullyhanna, Portarlington, St. Annes, Ballinteer St. Johns, St. Laurence’s and Monasterevin for taking part in the tournament and to all our volunteers on the day who made the day the success that it was.
