As we eagerly await the 2025 season, many of us are using the time to familiarise ourselves with the new football rules which are now in place.

- Players may be inside 20M before KO
- No back pass to goalkeeper, must be passed 1/2 line
- 40m scoring arc, and scoring system
- 3/3 up/back
- Solo & Go
- Adanced mark inside 20M
